2019 State Convention

Cut off dates for hotels May 15, 2019. All reservations must be made through David Limerick At Aerie 4123. NO EXCEPTIONS… Packages for dinner and programs will be available at the May 18 conference in Winchester. $ 60.00 Per Package. $30.00 Per night. You can purchase tickets for each night separately.

THURSDAY JUNE 20
 1 pm – 7 pm  - Registration  - Aerie and Auxiliary at Aerie 4123
6 pm – 12 am Fredericksburg Hospitality Room at the Aerie - Karaoke DJ Linda Holland - No Charge

FRIDAY JUNE 21
7 am – 10 am Registration for the Aerie 
7am – 9:30 am for the Auxiliary 
10 am Joint Opening and Memorial service
11 am State Aerie and Auxiliary meetings
6 pm Dinner and program $ 30.00 Per Person
8 pm – 12 am Dance with Cactus Jack Band

SATURDAY JUNE 22
7am – 10 am - Registration for the Aerie
8am – 9am for the Auxiliary
11 am State Aerie and Auxiliary Meetings
5 pm Installation of Va. State Officers
6 pm Dinner and program $ 30.00 Per Person
8 pm Dance with Wild at Heart Band

​Shuttle service All three days 4 pm – 12:30 am two buses ½ hr. apart.
